Roseri Chiaretto Riviera del Garda Classico Valtenesi DOP - Cà Maiol

The Valtènesi Riviera del Garda Classico D.O.P. Chiaretto is called Roseri because its delicate fragrance is reminiscent of a rosebud.It is made from the four red grape varieties of Lake Garda: Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera.After harvesting, the grapes undergo cold maceration at low temperatures, resulting in a very elegant and full-bodied must. It is called Wine of a Night because the must originally remained in contact with the grape skins overnight for its rosé production. Its unique structure extends the aging potential of this Chiaretto by several years, while its fragrance is always preserved. From the clay soils of the Basso Garda area, it derives its mineral flavor and floral aroma, making it an ideal accompaniment to lake and seafood dishes.
