Vinification of Boschendal Le Bouquet The elegant Le Bouquet from South Africa is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Morio Muskat and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes for this South African white wine are harvested exclusively by hand once they are perfectly ripe. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled. Food recommendation for Boschendal Le Bouquet This white wine from South Africa is best enjoyed very well chilled at 5 - 7°C. It is a perfect companion to ossobuco, pasta with fried sausage dumplings or roast goose breast with ginger red cabbage and marjoram.
