And while Sangre de Toro has long since established itself as a brand in its own right with a diverse range of wines, the original has remained true to itself throughout the years: a deep red, vibrant blend of Garnacha tinta and Cariñena. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and only partially aged in oak barrels, the original Sangre de Toro retains its juicy fruit and freshness with delicate aromas of red berries and licorice, a spicy hint of black pepper, and structure and balance on the palate. Sangre de Toro - Original is sold ready to drink, but can also be cellared for several more years.
