Domaines Barons de Rothschild Rouge Légende R Bordeaux AOC 0,75 ℓ

The Bordeaux Rouge Légende R of the Domaines of Baron de Rothschild is born in vineyards located in the heart of the renowned AOC Bordeaux. It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 9 months in the same containers and for 40% in oak barrels, before being bottled. Baron de Rothschild's Légend R has a dark crimson red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of blackberry and morello cherry, enriched with elegant toasted and spicy notes of vanilla and black pepper. On the palate it is fleshy and round, with well integrated tannins that accompany towards a pleasantly fruity finish, accompanied by notes of licorice. This wine is perfect to accompany noble poultry and white meat main courses.
