The Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Adrio from the Orlandi Contucci Ponno winery comes from hillside vineyards facing south/southwest in the municipality of Roseto degli Abruzzi, at about 200 meters above sea level. The loamy-limestone soils rich in skeletal material allow for an authentic and everyday expression of Trebbiano Abruzzese, thanks to a balanced microclimate between sea and mountains.After manual harvesting and selection in the vineyard, the grapes are gently destemmed and pressed. The free-run juice ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on the fine lees during the winter before bottling.It has a straw yellow color, with floral scents and a hint of bread crust. The taste is fresh, pleasantly fruity, and delicate, with a harmonious sip that expresses all the simplicity and balance of the grape variety.It naturally accompanies Mediterranean cuisine dishes, adapting well to everyday use throughout the meal.
