The Bourgogne Blanc Les Belles Côtes by Domaine Pierre Boisson is produced in vineyards located in the prestigious area of Meursault, in the heart of Burgundy. Winemaking follows strictly traditional methods that allow the intrinsic qualities of the grape to be preserved and enhanced. The wine matures in oak barrels, alternating first and second passage wood, to guarantee a balanced refinement that respects the aroma of the fruit. Straw yellow in colour, the nose is an enchanting mosaic of aromas in which citrus peel and pear mix with hints of baking spices and fresh bread. On the palate it is medium-bodied and has a velvety consistency, nice crunchiness, dynamic and persistent. This wine is particularly suitable for accompanying refined fish or poultry dishes.
