Marc de Champagne by Moët & Chandon is a grappa made from the distillation of the fine pomace of the grapes that give life to Champagne: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Following distillation, which takes place in a discontinuous cycle in the classic stork-beaked copper alembic still, this grappa ages for a long time in oak barrels where it acquires complexity and elegance. With a clear yellow color with golden reflections, this grappa exhales notes of aromatic woods, incense and myrrh, accompanied by a pout-pourrì of broom and dried yellow rose, and nuances of hazelnut and toasted almond. The taste is broad and intense, harmonious and refined, characterized by an inexhaustible persistence of sweet spices. Excellent to serve with ice or at room temperature as a meal.
