The vines, trained on trellises, benefit from a cool climate with strong temperature fluctuations, enhancing the aromatic intensity and freshness of the wine.The harvest takes place between the second and third decades of October, with a vinification in steel that preserves the varietal purity and expressive elegance. The wine ages for a period of 8 to 10 months in steel, followed by an additional 2-4 months in the bottle, giving it structure and complexity.It presents itself with a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections.
