Pinot Nero Riserva St. Daniel was born in a unique terroir, on volcanic soils inserted in a cool microclimate with strong temperature variations between day and night. After a short maceration at low temperature the must is fermented, carried out in steel at a temperature of 25 ° C for 14 days. Once the malolactic fermentation is over, the wine ages for 12 months in wooden barrels and barriques, followed by a further year of bottle aging.
