The Kadette Pinotage Rosé wine is a rosé wine from the Kanonkop company produced exclusively from Pinotage grapes. Kanonkop is located in Stellenbosch, one of the most famous wine growing areas in South Africa. The story of the name Kanonkop is reminiscent of a cannon placed on top of Mount Simonsberg that warned farmers of the arrival of merchant ships in Table Bay, so that they could set out to barter for goods.
