Bisson L'Antico Portofino DOC Çimixà 0,75 ℓ

The white wine L'antico Scimiscià is produced by the Bisson company, founded in 1978 on the Eastern Ligurian Riviera by Pierluigi Lugano. It consists of 100% Cimixià grapes, vinified with an initial cold maceration of the grapes and subsequent fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of tropical fruits to the nose. The sip is fresh and structured, with a persistent finish. It goes very well with fish and white meats, even grilled.
