Don Hugo Blanco is a white wine signed by Bodegas Leganza, made from Viura grapes cultivated in the vineyards of La Mancha, at an altitude of 780 meters. This Spanish terroir, known for its favorable viticultural conditions, allows for balanced grape maturation and helps define the fresh and aromatic character of the wine.The vinification involves cold maceration for 18 hours followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C. This delicate process aims to enhance the aromatic component of the Viura grape, resulting in a wine with a fresh and pleasant profile, maintaining a good acidic balance and overall finesse on the palate.It appears clear and bright with a straw yellow color. On the nose, it expresses typical herbal notes of the grape variety, with a fine and direct aromatic profile. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasant, with a medium-length finish where vegetal sensations return and accompany the overall taste balance.It is ideal when paired with dishes based on potatoes, fish, seafood, cheeses like goat and roquefort, pasta with basil, and fried vegetables.
