Ritterhof Pinot Nero Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC 0,75 ℓ

Ritterhof's Pinot Noir is born in vineyards located in the Bolzano municipality of Montagna, in the Bassa Atesina. It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested only by hand with selection in the vineyard. Fermentation takes place traditionally in special open containers, after which the wine ages in large wooden barrels and barriques. It has an intense garnet red colour. The nose opens with a characteristic bouquet, with notes of raspberry and vanilla. On the palate it is robust and structured, with a pleasant elegance. Perfect to accompany red meat roasts, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
