Montalbera La Briosa Barbera del Monferrato DOC 0,75 ℓ

Montalbera La Briosa is a lively and fresh sparkling red wine, born from 100% Barbera d'Asti grapes and from the Barbera vine. Vinified in red with second fermentation in pressurized tank, it is aged in steel tanks and later in the bottle. With a bright ruby red colour in the glass, the nose gives off lively hints of jam, wild berries and ripe cherries. The sip is very pleasant, invigorating, with good body and excellent structure. It is the ideal wine to pair with dishes based on cooked vegetables and legumes with fresh pasta. Try it with a platter of aged cheeses and with wine scaldatelli.
