Terra Fageto Letizia Marche Passerina IGT 0,75 ℓ

The Letizia of the Terra Fageto company is an organic wine made with 100% Passerina grapes from the Campofilone area. Near the coastal area, the vineyards, located at an altitude of about 250 meters above sea level on predominantly pebbly and calcareous soils, are sheltered from humidity thanks to the constant blowing winds. Harvested by hand in the first days of October, the grapes are transported to the cellar and softly pressed before being fermented for about 15 days at 15 °C. The wine ages 3 months on its fine lees and a further 3 months in the bottle. Bright straw yellow, it offers notes of elderberry, gooseberry, chamomile and grapefruit to the nose. Medium-bodied, it has a good structure and expresses a pleasant fragrance in the white pulp fruit. Refreshing, mineral and with a persistent finish. Try it with fish soups and raw, it can also accompany fried and white meats.
