This Champagne is the result of a balanced blend of Chardonnay, of which a third of Chardonnay Muscaté comes from the vineyards of Les Chemins d'Épernay with clay soils and a calcareous subsoil, and Pinot Noir from the vineyards of Les Rouges Maisons, characterized by deep, rich soils. of clay, flints and shales on a calcareous subsoil. The harvest, selected and harvested entirely by hand at the right point of ripeness, follows an alcoholic fermentation in barrique which preludes refinement on fine yeasts, enhancing the complexity and elegance of this champagne.
