This Rosé La Croix is a rosé wine obtained from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Caladoc, carefully selected to best express the identity of Provence. The result of a constant commitment to quality and rigorous organic viticulture, this wine represents the tradition and authenticity of the maison Peyrassol.The vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate aromas of the grapes. The brief aging, carried out in steel on the fine lees, helps maintain the wine's freshness while enhancing its aromatic complexity and vibrant taste.Visually, it presents a delicate pale pink color with bluish reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe peach and a bouquet of white flowers emerge.
