Bortolomiol Filanda Rosé Brut Millesimato 0,75 ℓ

Filanda Rosé is a prestigious rosé sparkling wine made by the founder's daughters Giuliano Bortolomiol, Maria Elena, Elvira, Luisa and Giuliana, together with their mother Ottavia. They wanted to dedicate it to the women of the spinning mills of Valdobbiadene, whose hard commitment has contributed to the crowning of success for this area of origin. It is produced with Pinot Noir grapes from Oltrepò Pavese, subjected to a short maceration on the skins before soft pressing. Fermentation is followed by the second fermentation for 25–30 days in stainless steel pressurized tanks according to the Charmat method, which ends with an ageing on its own yeasts for 6 months and a further passage in the bottle. It is characterized by a pink colour reminiscent of silk and a minute and endless perlage. Its aroma is delicate, refined, reminiscent of the fruits of the undergrowth such as blackberry, currant and raspberry. The taste is full and dry, velvety and complex. Perfect in combination with fish soups and spicy foods.
