Beni di Batasiolo Barbaresco DOCG 0,75 ℓ

Barbaresco is produced by the Batasiolo company, owned by the Dogliani family, which has been producing wine in the Langhe for over 4 decades. The Nebbiolo grapes are destemmed and fermented with maceration on the skins for at least 10-12 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks, with periodic pumping over. Subsequently the wine ages in Slavonian oak barrels, in French oak tonneaux and subsequently in stainless steel tanks, to continue in the bottle. Garnet red in color, it expresses aromas of flowers and spiced cooked fruit on the nose. The sip is structured, robust, with soft and long-lasting tannins. Ideal in combination with roasted pheasant and aged cheeses.
