This Bourbon is produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery, the most awarded distillery in the world, founded in 1630. This Bourbon is created from a blend of corn, rye and malted barley, using a fermentation process with selected yeasts and the sour mash method , in stainless steel tanks. Distillation takes place via a doubler and a column beer still, ensuring precise control and consistent quality. Buffalo Trace Kentucky Bourbon is made from a mashbill of approximately 80% corn, rye and malted barley. This process gives the bourbon a unique character, balancing the sweetness of the corn with the spices of the rye and the depth of the malted barley. The distillation takes place according to traditional methods, using a doubler and a column beer still, which allow us to obtain a pure distillate rich in flavours. On the nose, Buffalo Trace Kentucky Bourbon features aromas of caramel, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate, the bourbon is rich and complex, with notes of sweet corn, toasted oak and a hint of spice. The finish is long and warm, with a persistent sweetness that makes this bourbon particularly pleasant to taste.
