A wine with a strong sense of origin and a Mediterranean soul. Aged for ten months initially in Allier and Tronçais oak barrels, followed by twelve months in foudre, it combines depth with elegance. On the nose, a captivating bouquet unfolds, featuring ripe sweet cherries, plum jam, and dark berries, accompanied by Provençal herbs, bay leaf, maquis shrubland, pepper, and subtle smoky notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, juicy, and dense, with silky, fine, and firm tannins. Graphite, spices, chocolate, and salty herbs lend the wine vibrancy and freshness. Powerful, energetic, and precise, it culminates in a long, vibrant finish with a crisp edge. A noble Gigondas with excellent aging potential.
