Powerful and spicy Pinot Gris. Sweet red apple, apple blossom, ripe pineapple, a hint of nutmeg and subtle nutty aromas. More expansive than its close relative, the Pinot Blanc from Muschelkalk. A good accompaniment to more opulent, sometimes also a little fatter dishes.
