This expressive, varietal Spanish wine matures for 14 months in 60% American oak and 40% French oak, followed by a further 12 months in the bottle. It presents a magnificent structure and a bouquet with notes of vanilla, spices, cloves, licorice, and cassis. A fine acidity and a lingering finish round out the taste experience.
