The Ruchè di Montalbera grappa was born in Piedmont and is aged in carats. The grappa is distilled from the pomace of Ruché in discontinuous steam stills. Subsequently aged in French oak barrels. Amber in color, it reveals intense violet aromas to the nose. The sip is warm, fine and silky. It is drunk after a meal.
