Grappa di Moscato Libarna is produced following the ancient tradition and using the best fresh marc of Moscato grapes. The pomace is steam distilled in copper stills and the resulting distillate is left to age in French oak barrels for a period of at least 12 months. The result is a grappa with an intense golden yellow color, soft and enveloping, characterized by a rich and intense flavor, of great elegance and round, with hints of honey, orange peel, dried fruit such as almonds and walnuts. The excellent varietal intensity is refined by the toasting and pleasant woody references.
