Rustico Prosecco by Nino Franco comes from vineyards located in the municipalities of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, in the heart of Veneto. It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, coming from the vineyards of the classic production area. After a soft pressing and a cooling of the must, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine ages in bottle for 30 months. It is characterized by a bright straw yellow colour. The nose opens with a very fine and persistent bouquet, with elegant aromas of pear and white flowers. On the palate it is soft, fresh, balanced and pleasantly dry. Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes and risotto.
