De Stefani Rive di Refrontolo Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut Millesimato 0,75 ℓ

The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Rive di Refrontolo of the De Stefani company is produced with Glera grapes between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level and are subject to high daily temperature variations which help the grapes to develop a perfect aromatic outfit. After arriving in the cellar, the grapes are pressed whole and the must cooled before fermentation in a pressurized tank at a controlled temperature. Pale straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it has notes of lily of the valley, white flowers and green apple. On the palate it is dry and harmonious, with good flavour and able to guarantee a crunchy and persistent sip. Perfect as an aperitif, it can accompany cold cuts and cheeses or first courses such as vegetarian lasagna.
