Cavit Bottega Vinai Pinot Nero Trentino DOC 0,75 ℓ

The Trentino Pinot Nero Bottega Vinai of the Cavit winery was born on the morainic soils located in the heart of the Trento hills. It is entirely produced from Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected manually by expert hands. After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine ages in the bottle. This Pinot Noir is characterized by a ruby red colour with nuances tending to the brick colour which are more evident with ageing. The nose opens with a refined bouquet of ripe red fruits, enriched with sweet hints of black cherry, enhanced by a finish with notes of almond and vanilla. On the palate it is elegant and harmonious. Ideal to combine with grilled meat, it is excellent to serve with duck and potatoes, stewed guinea fowl and baked rabbit.
