Chardonnay la Sagrestana by Casa Vinicola Poletti is a white wine from Emilia Romagna, obtained from Chardonnay grapes. It is characterized by its freshness and versatility, ideal for different occasions. The vinification involves a soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the free-run must at a controlled temperature, to preserve the typical aromas of Chardonnay. On the nose, hints of apple and citrus emerge. On the palate it is balanced, with good acidity and a fresh finish. Excellent with fish, poultry and fresh cheeses.
