Emiliana Natura Un-oaked Chardonnay Valle del Bío-Bío DO 0,75 ℓ

This Un-oaked Chardonnay from the Emiliana Nature line comes from organic vineyards located in the Valle del Bío-Bío, in Chile. It is mainly obtained from Chardonnay grapes and from very small additions of Viognier and Marsanne grapes, entirely harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled low temperature. The wine undergoes a short cold ageing before being bottled. He does not see the wood. Pale straw yellow in color, it opens to the nose with enveloping citrus notes, including grapefruit and lime, followed by juicy pineapple aromas. In the mouth it is well balanced, with hints of tropical fruit and a finish of great freshness and refinement. Ideal with salads in general, it goes perfectly with all seafood dishes.
