Garofoli Gale Falerio Pecorino DOC 0,75 ℓ

The Falerio Pecorino Gale of Garofoli is born in vineyards located in the Ascoli hills, between Belvedere and Morro d'Alba. It is produced exclusively with Pecorino grapes, which undergo a gentle pressing of the whole bunches, with a cold cleaning of the must and fermentation at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in stainless steel tanks, before being bottled. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with a large and fruity bouquet, with pleasant hints of pear and exotic fruits. On the palate it is fresh, sapid and fragrant, with a pleasantly fruity aftertaste. Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, pasta and rice salads.
