Sauvignon Testone - Parusso Armando

Only 1060 bottles of this Super Sauvignon are produced. The grapes come from the oldest Sauvignon vines in Monforte. The Testone is actually nothing more than a hardcore version of the Bricco Rovella. The wine is aged twice in 18 months in new barriques and remains on the fine lees for the same time, which is stirred again and again.
