A typical Pinot Gris with aromas of stone fruit such as apricot and vineyard peach, tart citrus fruit, fresh herbs and some minerality. The expressive fruit aroma is supported by a lively acidity, a hint of extract sweetness and fine minerality. A wine for warm summer days, on its own or with uncomplicated dishes such as spaghetti with pesto or freshly baked bread.
