Terroir Malbec - Kaiken Wines
The Kaiken Terroir Series takes us to Argentina's spectacular wine landscapes, from Mendoza all the way up to Salta. The dry high-mountain climate with hot summers, harsh winters, and sharply fluctuating day and night temperatures gives the grapes and wines a superb balance of intense fruit and delicate freshness. The Malbec comes from Los Chacayes in the Valle de Uco, while the Bonarda and Petit Verdot come from Agrelo in LujÃĄn de Cuyo. All grapes are hand-harvested, rigorously sorted, fermented on the skins, and the wine is aged first in French oak, then in the bottle before being released.Juicy and very seductive, the bouquet is floral and fruity with delicate herbal spice and mineral notes,on the palate it is long, elegant, and harmonious, with gently mature tannins.| āĻŽā§āϞā§āϝ |
