Le Dix de Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon
The Cosechas Antiguas mature in the heart of the Colchagua Valley in the winery's cellar. The wine develops in French oak for 18 months before the cellar masters, after considerable bottle maturity, declare the aroma development to be representative of the best of the vintage. Due to cool temperatures, the highly concentrated berries were harvested late by hand and had an excellent fruit profile.
