The vines are trained by Guyot and spur-pruned cordon and are between 10 and 15 years old.How it is producedThe grapes are vinified with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at 28-30°C, followed by a 15-day maceration on the skins. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in barrique and then rests for another 6 months in steel, with the aim of integrating structure and freshness before release.Tasting notesIt shows an intense ruby red color.
