Giovanni Rosso Langhe DOC Nebbiolo 0,75 ℓ

Langhe Nebbiolo is a wine produced by the Giovanni Rosso winery, a famous producer from Serralunga d'Alba. The Nebbiolo grapes are vinified in cement tanks with a fermentation on the skins of approx. 15 days. The aging takes place in 50hl barrels for a few months. The color is ruby red and gives the nose delicate floral notes of violet, rose petals and cherry, as well as delicate hints of spices. The sip is elegant, with fine tannins. To be combined with appetizers rich in cold cuts and cheeses, lasagna with meat sauce and main courses of meat.
