Gemma Barbaresco DOCG 0,75 ℓ

The Barbaresco of Cantina Gemma is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba, in the province of Cuneo. It is made from Nebbiolo grapes, harvested manually during the last week of September. The vinification takes place traditionally in red, with aging which takes place partially in wood for at least 26 months. This Barbaresco di Gemma is characterized by a ruby red color with garnet hues. The nose opens with pleasant floral and fruity sensations, enriched with exuberant spicy notes and a touch of parched wood. On the palate it is medium structured, supported by a dense tannic texture on raspberry and rose notes. This wine goes well with roasts, braised meats and all game dishes.
