Damien Hugot Rosé Brut is a refined Champagne produced in the Champagne region, in Epernay, in the Côte des Blancs. Created by Damien Hugot, who founded the winery in 1993, this sparkling wine represents the excellence of traditional viticulture on an area of 8 hectares. This Champagne is obtained from a blend of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir vinified in red. The cuvée does not undergo malolactic fermentation and matures on the yeasts for over 2 years. Damien Hugot Rosé Brut has a fresh and delicate taste, with fruity and floral notes that blend harmoniously, offering a pleasant effervescence and an elegant and persistent finish.
