Terre di Giurfo Kudyah Sicilia DOC Nero d'Avola 0,75 ℓ

The Kudyah red wine is produced by Terre di Giurfo, an estate located in south-eastern Sicily, along the Dirillo River valley on the border between the municipalities of Licodia Eubea and the Iblea province. Nero d'Avola grapes are harvested in mid-September, to then be vinified with maceration on the skins for 10-45 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Subsequently the wine always ages in steel. It is presented in the glass with a medium intense ruby red color, while the nose expresses intense hints of red fruits. In the mouth it is full and harmonious, moderately tannic. The wine is perfect in combination with red meats, roasts, braised meats and aged cheeses.
