Caprice Brut Rosè by Capri Moonlight is a fresh and fragrant sparkling wine, born from the best Aglianico grapes. The whole grapes are pressed without destemming, with a short maceration on the skins to extract the colour. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Finally, the wine remains in a pressurized tank for 5 months after the second fermentation. In the glass, the wine appears pale pink. The nose reveals notes of red fruit and notes of yeast. The taste is fresh and harmonious. A rosé sparkling wine ideal to share during an aperitif, but also suitable to accompany appetizers and first courses based on fish and vegetables.
