The Lintóri is a Vermentino di Sardegna produced with grapes from the proprietary vineyards of the Capichera winery. Its name, meaning morning dew , reflects the freshness and vitality that characterize this wine, the result of a selection from the youngest vines. It is the youngest and most immediate expression of the winery's white production, designed to enhance the typical aromatic profile of Vermentino.The wine is made from a blend composed of 95% Vermentino and 5% Chardonnay. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, as does the subsequent maturation stage, in order to preserve all the fragrance and aromatic purity of the grapes.In appearance, it presents a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it expresses an intense and fragrant aroma with fruity notes of lychee, pineapple, and citrus, accompanied by a touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and savory, with citrus and mineral returns that accompany a pleasant and well-balanced finish.It pairs perfectly with fish and seafood dishes.
