Cantina La-Vis Trentino DOC Chardonnay 0,75 ℓ

The Chardonnay from Cantina La Vis is part of the Classics selection, dedicated to the most representative wines of Trentino. The company was founded in 1948 and is based in Lavis, in the province of Trento. The grape harvest takes place at the beginning of September, followed by soft pressing and static decanting of the must. Vinification follows with fermentation at a controlled temperature (20 ° C) in steel vats, and then proceeds to refinement on the lees for 5-6 months before bottling. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, on the nose the aromatic profile is reminiscent of Golden apple and pineapple. The sip is full and harmonious. It goes well with butter and sage ravioli, risotto alla marinara and shellfish.
