Vinification of the Crianza Navarra from Pagos De Araiz The basis for the powerful Crianza Navarra from Aragon are grapes from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo. After harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Crianza Navarra is aged for another 12 months in oak barriques.
