Adega Vila Real Cancellus Premium Douro DOC Tinto 0,75 ℓ

The Cancellus Premium red wine is produced by the Vila Real winery, located in the district of the same name in the Douro Valley. The wine comes from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grapes harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated steel tanks, with prolonged maceration, while the malolactic fermentation takes place in French and American oak barrels, with subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. Ruby red in color with garnet hues, aromas of ripe red and black fruit, cherry, currant, blackberry and blueberry as well as hints of spice and vanilla are perceived on the nose. The taste is complex and intense, with soft tannins and a long persistence. Perfect with grilled red meats and fatty fish, smoked meats and aged goat cheeses.
