For this wonderfully powerful varietal wine from Grillo Iole, only the best grape material was used. In Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay and marl soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and large wooden casks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for 36 months in 500 L oak barrels.
