Vinification of the Torrazzo DOC from Azienda Agricola Pratello For this red wine from Lombardy, 50% Groppello and 50% Marzemino, two autochthonous local grape varieties, are vinified together, which grow in the vineyards along the hills of Lake Garda, at around 180 meters above sea level on loose moraine soils. After the harvest, the grapes macerate on their skins. This gives the wine more velvety, tannins and elegance. Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks over a period of around 6 months, rounded off by 3 months of ageing in the bottle.
