After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Campofiorin Rosso del Veronese is aged for a further 18 months in 500-litre oak barrels.
