The Champagne Pannier Selection Brut of the Maison Pannier is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Château-Thierry, in the Picardy region, the first French department for the production of Champagne. It is produced with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, harvested only by hand. Champagne Pannier has developed a personal style that regularly asserts itself by using: Chardonnay for finesse, Pinot Noir for structure and Pinot Meunier for its delicate fruits. This Champagne is characterized by a golden straw yellow colour. The nose opens with delicate fruity nuances, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is soft and elegant, pleasantly fresh and perfectly balanced. Perfect to accompany aperitifs and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with shellfish, seafood and fresh cheeses of great prestige.
