Bottega Gin-Co Liquor Crema di Caffè al Ginseng 500 ㎖

Gin-Co Liquor is a ginseng coffee cream born from the collaboration between Distilleria Bottega and NatFood, which share in this project their innovative spirit and almost ten-year experience in the production field. It is obtained from pure ginseng root and carefully selected high quality coffee beans, from which the best of their aroma is extracted through a long maceration in a hydroalcoholic solution. Following distillation, it is mixed with a sweet and delicate cream of milk from the Alps which contributes to enriching this grappa with fascinating sensorial nuances. Light brown in color, it releases an intense ginseng aroma on the nose which is enhanced by an elegant hint of slightly roasted coffee. On the palate it is creamy, soft, pleasantly sweet, with a finish of absolute fragrance and persistence that ends on caramel notes. Perfect to serve cold at the end of a meal or as an ingredient for cocktails and long drinks, it is particularly suitable for correcting ginseng coffee.
